From what I have gathered, payscales have pretty much been negotiated, or I would bet mgmt could pretty easily "assume" what our new scale will be. Mgmt also has to negotiate with us how this flying will be done, that will be the trickiest part
ANA is one of the world's largest airlines with a growing cargo division in the hottest global market. It seems like this is would be a great company to work with. Lots of potential and if ABX can't make money with these guys I'm not sure where they can. So I sure hope ABX has this priced out already. If they pull out of this I think we'll lose a lot of credibility in the marketplace. It sure won't help us get future business.
