Please try to remember, it is not an easy job market out there. My guess is that the majority of PNCLs 2000+ pilots us are trying to leave. The only ones I know of who aren't trying at all are the guys who will be 900 Captains until the doors close. I'm glad at least some guys have been lucky enough to escape this place. Those guys who have been less fortunate are not stupid, nor are they on no-fly lists. They just haven't caught a break yet, despite their clean records, good resumes, good recommendations, and best efforts.
