Please try to remember, it is not an easy job market out there. There are still over 2000 pilots at Pinnacle. Take away the very top guys who will still be 900 Captains until the doors close, out of everyone else, the vast majority are trying to find something better. How was that an insult? I just said I have faith in those who want to leave. The job market sucks, but only in the US. There's tons of growth and pilot jobs at Asian and Middle Eastern carriers. Good luck! Keep applying, applying, and applying. Eventually, you'll get a call.
