Vote no on anything that's unfair or not to your liking. It doesn't matter what TA they get for us, if the majority votes no, it doesn't pass. No matter how many super senior guys you think there are, or what the union tries to sell you. There's definitely enough FO's, and reserve CA's to have veto power over the those senior guys. Our representation is ourselves. I would hope that everyone will would consider whats fair for everyone, not just themselves, but we all know the history on that.
