Piedmont's posted mins are pretty high; 1000/200 "minimum", with 1500/300/ATP "competitive" ....but like a lot of others, they are hiring well below these.
Decent pay, great contract, fun planes, but I've heard the training is insanely difficult and fast paced (you're going 6 days per week, only 4 days of systems, very hardcore AQP program...heard one of the last classes, everyone failed one of their check rides)...
