I just went through their hiring process...still waiting for a call. They've changed it up a bit. I had to go through 2 written exams, a sit down with the head of AQP, and then a sim ride...so they're definately taking a good hard look at who they're hiring, and they're not taking people with really low time like some of the 'commercial-multi'-min companies.
I can't help but question the training if everybody in the whole class failed that check ride...but it could be they hired a whole bunch of unprepared people, but they were mostly UND/PURDUE products, who usually are pretty sharp...

So how did you like it there, btw? I'd be interested to hear another pdt person's experience with the company...I've been hearing conflicting takes on the place. Thanks.
