How often does the company hire pilots? Is it a one or two times a year deal or more often than that. I'd like to eventually get on with Cape Air, but with the position I'm in now I'd have to time my exit correctly to get out in a beneficial situation.
We're almost always hiring. get your stuff in, interview, get a job offer and then worry about when you want to accept a class date. HR is pretty good about working with you.
