Colgan is great for the people who are instructing and want to get out quick. There is a reason they call you back the same day you apply even if your close to mins... they want you to interview with them and make a rush decision to go with them or run the gauntlet of harder interviews with better companies. People like the safe bet. I dont think i could fly a saab to three or so airports and be happy or content. yeah i might be home every night but wheres the flying? hey whatever floats your boat. i fly the erj and people still make "wow this is a small plane" comment and i dont think i could do the whole 1900 thing where i have to be FA and give the brief... no thanks.

and whoever was saying "colgan does NOT work you to the bone" is on something. colgan treats its employees like indentured slaves and they are relentless. sitting down with a saab fo awhile back (for colgan) he had to explain to the ****y scheduler why he would be illegal to pick up a flight that day... i am not joking. Hey it is what it is but i would think twice about going there and potentially risk getting nailed by the FAA for something. better places are hiring at the same min's and their work rules are better. go there if you want a job pronto and cant wait.
