Hard to say...the forum community is such a small fraction of the pilot group that you can't really get a good feel for the mood of the group as a whole from the here. My hunch is narrow pass or fail. I think Sailing is very fair in his own analysis: Scope is improved, and this is for F/O's, junior CA's on Reserve, CA's that want to upgrade to Reserve in better A/C, N CA's wanting early outs, and people nervous about economy. Senior CA's with no retirement enhancements, and no logical fear of adverse economy probably hate the payrates. Real junior F/O's that don't see value in Section 1, but bite on DPA bait join them. People who are just plain "yes" fatigued join in also, to make it a very narrow vote. Possibly a pass.
