I had 1200 TT and 140 Multi. I got hired at Comair. Even if they are taking less then 600 and 100 I think you personaly have to be ready for the challange. There are guys in my class that havent even set foot into any jet powered AC at all and dont know anything about systems. I have never flow a jet but I have taken a CRJ bridge course. That helps alot. Comair now gives you 3 full motion sims in the first week, small bridge course. I would at least read up on stuff, so when the instr. talks about N1 you at least know what it is.
