Did you know that at the end of this TA your 76 "RIGHT" seat pay is very similar to what the md88/90 and dc9 paid just a couple years ago? That is definitely some selfish or ignorant thinking tsquare. I'm curious, did you feel the same way a couple years ago when the last contract was signed?
