All these numbers are or can be manipulated by anyone that has their hands on them....just look at FTB and his numbers

E&FA's access to 37 different airlines provides the cross-check that we need. They get to see the ASA's and books whenever we enter a negotiation. An example: ALPA is on the creditors committee at PCL. E&FA is supporting the PCL MEC. They get internal financial data from PCL to analyze as part of their process. While they don't share that data with anyone else, when they look at the data that Delta provides them they have a real clear indication if somebody isn't telling the whole truth.
So no, it's not manipulated data unless you assume 2 different management teams are lying to the court and financial institutions.
Of course the DPA boyz like Karl, Bacon Bits and Jack think they can subcontract out that type of access....and nice shooting with the FtB comment...you nailed both of us!
