Because if majors are hiring steadily (which is pretty much a given - not necessarily a "shortage," but certainly a great deal of hiring), the more senior guys at regional airlines will jump over to a major, freeing up space at a regional and forcing regional airlines to hire quite a bit, right? In other words, for someone who will be beginning their career with the airlines around 2020, it is a good time for both regional and major hiring a few years later, correct?
Dude it is 2012..... 6 years ago I would have told you I was going to be doing somethig completely different with my life. No one can say because anything can happen and something will.
