Really Oscar!? Where in the SWA culture manual does it mention dumping on teammates? Could it be that you do not view AT guys as teammates yet? You and some of your honchos need to realize that we are already are part of your team. AT planes, pilots, and profits belong to SWA. Just last week I was called "The enemy" by a SWA captain while I was riding his jumpseat. Nice. Are you willing to move forward and make things better for all or do you want to roll around in the bitterness of the past.

It has been written on here many times that AT guys need to show up, ready to work with a smile on our face. I think you need to ask yourself whether or not you are willing to the same when a former AT pilot shows up to fly with you. If you are not professional enough to curb your attitude maybe YOU should be the one to seek employment elsewhere...
