I don't know the exact circumstances, but if one of our capt's was creating a hostile work environment, I wouldn't hesitate to call SWAPA pro stds.
I realize you're not represented by SWAPA but I would suspect that they'd at least have a talk with this guy because they know if you get no satisfaction from them, your next step is to go to the company. I'm certain the company would have more than just a talk with him depending on how the facts play out.
Everyone who thinks SWA management is touchy feely about this kind of crap is high. Culture? Our management is cold blooded and always has been. They ironically are nazi's about culture, yeah it's kind of strange.
None of us asked for this, we all fought for the best deal we could get, and it's time to move forward. The only enemies are the people who are stuck in the past.
