I have to believe when this is seen in front of a judge/arbitrator, there's going to be a lot of head scratching by him as the Co. tries to explain their actions. The conflicting guidance given to the HK pilots by various levels of management will all come out, as will the grayness of the written language in the FDA agreement. It's going to be a long haul for these four but I expect them to get their jobs back.......eventually. Then again, I've been wrong before. What's "fair" doesn't always win the day.
