Agreed! But the union is not (cannot without getting their starched white shirts wrinkled) going to put out guidance like this.
Until all of these pilots are reinstated, there should be no VLT/DRF in any seat, at any domicile. But we all know how that goes around here. Until it hurts Memphites in the big jets, the problem does not really exist.
So, once again, is there an assessment in the works to help out these pilots and their families? Fund to contribute to?

Until, then enjoy your days off at home with the family.

Support The HK 4
"A resolution to put forward a $1/month for each of the terminated pilots was overwhelmingly passed at the last LEC 14 meeting, but was struck down by the MEC. A fund is being organized and details on how to contribute will be be publicized soon."
I would support an effort to provide funds for these families!

Since this has become public knowledge, I figure I would post.....from pilot #4.
Pilot 4’s Settlement Proposal
The VP states that the company continues to be open to settlement, so
am I. Consider the company’s investigation process is fundamentally
flawed and un-just; and I did not deceive the company at all, I
propose the following:
1. Reinstate me with full back pay and benefits
2. No disciplinary actions against me
3. No admission of misconduct, probationary languages or future
performance reviews (LCA)
4. To help the company save face, I would accept taking the dispute of
housing allowance to arbitration if the company insists on it.
5. A global solution to resolve the FDA issues: bring the other 3
pilots back, and fix the FDA languages once and for all.
I will not accept any settlement that brands me as a liar or cheat. I
know this is a good paying job, but I won’t trade my dignity for it.
Should the company decide to continue on the course they have been
taking, I am also confident that I will prevail in arbitration and
beyond.
So many of you have taken the time to write me, your kind words and
moral support are what keep me strong and upright. Thank you!!!

How did this all play out for all of the pilots involved? I understand that something has changed with regards to the companies position on marital discrimination due to a long drawn out court case that concluded in 2017-2019ish but hasn't been formally announced to the pilot group.
