When JB says "there was nothing close to a gray area in any of the cases I reviewed" it makes you wonder if his own lawyers are giving him all the pertinent info or just what they think he wants to see. Could he honestly have looked at all the information Pilot 4 has put forth here and not seen any shades of gray? Unbelievable.
