You will want to be able to discuss the airplane you're now flying, have a solid understanding of winter weather hazards, their recognition and avoidance. And be familiar with the characteristics of a tail stall and its recovery technique.
Yeah, when I interviewed in 2010, Gene just showed us a powerpoint of the company's history in the EDC building, then we went over to the fleet, and Bob interviewed us one at a time, and it was 95% just talking, and 5% HR questions. No tech questions or anything like that at all.
