Yeah I've definitely been hearing that Cape has basically totally eliminated the sim ride and any technical questions at all, they may casually ask you just a couple things about the type of current flying you are doing now is what I've been hearing is it for tech.

As a matter of fact, the pilot recruiter told me on the phone when setting me up for the interview that it was going to be an HR based/oriented interview. Also one of their current pilots who referred me to Cape told me that his interview basically consisted of a meet and greet and a very casual conversation about his flying career followed by a "when can you start?" and the interview was over.
