I was one of the original flight instructors when they opened back in 05. (now CA on the crj900) Air America was the best job I ever had. Melissa (owner) was great to work for and knew how to treat employees. It was built on the premise of being an anti-embry riddle, your not under constant servalliance, and can enjoy what flying truely is suppose to be. I would highly reccommend them to any family member and friend. Don't get caught up in the lack of ambiance in the front office, because flying is not about the front office, if you can't get over the tiny office, then I would reccommend quit flying and go be a concierge at a Ritz Carlton. Big 3 what a joke they were. Y'all still " terminating the approaches?"
