Everyone can make assumptions, but growth of the mainline fleet nor flying being transferred from DCI to Mainline is not a part of the TA.
We all hope we grow, the PWA required it to increase the 76-seat fleet from 153 airplanes, the TA does not.

That's the problem with his whole sales job: numbers built on assumption after assumptions .
I talked with my rep extensively on th staffing issue. It was a moving target, and every time they asked, the numbers for additional pilots got smaller and the assertions got nebulous.
Fuzzy math to be sure. Proceed with caution.
