E-190's will be flying in DAL colors soon. Since that Frontier stuff didn't work out and we offered up a carve out in our TA I'm sure they will try and slide some kind of MOU or LOA in there.
They couldn't fly 190's in DAL colors, but the concern is they one day could do it in the way Alaska has been sadly devolving into: fly your own colors for everyone else as an all airline "connection" carrier somehow connected to some level of SkyTeam's bazillion "partner" airlines.
