You're completely right - although I haven't seen as much doom and gloom misery as I thought I would.
No one needs to be frustrated or angry though. Our system, no matter how imperfect, worked. And not a 6 week TA ratification period is going to fix our issues. It needs to be a grass roots, internal, pilot to pilot, reinvention of our culture if we want to avoid this again.
But T is right. Passive aggressive attitudes will oh get us AMR + 10%.
