"If you don't want to work there anymore leave. 5000 Sic hrs in the crj = 5000 in an ultra lite. Go somewhere where you can get pic time and be at a major in 5 yrs. Or stay JAFO at cmr until you can get UE. And don't tell me there aren't jobs out there. Just make the sacrifice and move on. After 4.5 yrs at nwa/dal, I still make less than I did at that crap shack.
