FedEx could not have picked a better guy to be our SCP. Orlando is a Pilots Pilot and an overall Great S--T. I have worked for him over the past 4 months and he is fair, firm, and knows where the train is going and exactly how fast it should travel. Don't expect to get any slack, if you are a 1% dude (standard FU) you A$$ is Gra$$. If you follow the rules and make an honest mistake, he will stand behind you till the end. It is yet to be seen if Jacks humorous emails will be emulated but the point will be delivered for sure. Much like JL, there is no BS, what you see is what you get. You will never have to worry about what he is thinking, you will know.
