Lots of Challenger 850 gigs in HongKong, mainland China or Macau. Everyone flies around with full types here (PICs and SICs).
Look at HK Jet, they're supposed to be getting 6 (I think) 850s. Also checkout BAA Asia, and Jet Aviation. Most places require types ahead of time, but the shortage of pilots is starting to hit.
