Look at HK Jet, they're supposed to be getting 6 (I think) 850s. Also checkout BAA Asia, and Jet Aviation. Most places require types ahead of time, but the shortage of pilots is starting to hit.

Garuda Indonesia will be holding screenings in July for suitably qualified and experienced CRJ-1000 First Officers and Captains in either Canada or Europe.
As the first five CRJ-1000 aircraft will be joining Garuda Indonesia’s fleet in October this year, we are accepting applications from pilots who are currently rated and have flight time experience on the CRJ700/900 or 1000. The selected CRJ 700/900/1000 pilots will be inducted in order to be ready to operate the aircraft, upon its arrival into Indonesia.
In order to be considered by Garuda Indonesia for this opportunity, please apply online and submit the required documents as soon as possible.
Contract Term: 2 years, with possibility of renewal
Base: Makassar (Ujung Padang), on the island of Sulawesi
Roster Pattern: 14 days off, after 3 months on duty
Monthly Payment:
* Captains - USD7,430
* First Officers - USD4,330
Overnight Per Diems: USD35 (payment for night stops away from base)
Overtime: Hours in excess of 80 hours per month will be paid at USD50 per hour.
Accommodation: Excellent hotel accommodation provided for the first month, thereafter, a USD1,200 monthly accommodation allowance or a serviced apartment will be provided
Please note that a differences training course will be provided by the airline to those who are rated on the CRJ700/900 prior to starting on contract with Garuda. A bonding period will apply. For further information, please refer to the details of the assignment below.

Valid ICAO licence with current CRJ 700/900 or 1000 rating;
Valid Class 1 Medical Certificate;
Have completed 3 take offs and landings on the aircraft in the last 90 days;
Date of last SIM check within the last 6 months at time of joining; and
Maximum age 58 years.
Minimum Hours:
First Officers - 500 FO hours on type and a total of 1000 jet hours
Captains - 1000 PIC hours on type and a total of 5000 jet hours
