After 3.5 years of negotiations: Follow all the rules and jump through the hoops = no contract yet. Do what ALPA says and no work action of any kind = no contract yet. No excessive sick calls = blamed by management anyway for excessive sick calls two summers in a row = no contract yet. Respect the wishes of the NMB despite the Company doing the opposite = no contract yet. Follow the RLA exclusively = no contract yet. Call me nuts, but I'd sure be willing to try the 'other' route, right now, in the biggest way possible because as we all know doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results.... worst case scenario = no contract yet.
