Pretty much what I came up with, but as I said the contract isn't just "retro-pay" it is a package and I'm waiting to see what my reps pass to me to vote on.

Thanks for bring some sense to these nonsensical amounts people post here.

The question is .... should we all just go a do our own thing? Negotiate our own personal contract? Do your own personal strike?

It's our union and we speak with one voice thru it ... not a bunch of independent actions. If you don't like your leadership ... recall them. I'm not a fan of our current leadership and will vote accordingly in the next LEC election. How's your EWR leadership "working for you?"
