Default The new Greeting video......

The new video where Jeffery talks about how getting an airplane off the ground on time is a "ballet" and how we (he) does it 6,000 times a day. In the video he uses lots of key words like "on time" and "team work", "working together".

So I've had the unprecedented privilege of doing quit a bit of dead heading recently. It seems that UAL can't get an airplane off the ground on time to save their worthless behinds. At least not the ones I've been riding on or flying for the most part. It's either broken or showing up late because it was broken.

So I'm in the back on a flight that is delayed like 3.5 hours and is now getting into DEN at 0200. I'm sitting next to this big, old, tough looking dude, turns out he's a career football coach. Here comes the Jeffy pooh on the video talking about his "ballet" and how awesome he is for getting things moving on time.

The guy turns to me and says "Ballet my a$$! More like a slam dance at the mosh pit!"

I have to agree with the gentlemen.

I wasn't. Why would you assume that?

I've noticed they're changing the video pretty frequently.

Most people fly once a year in the cheapest ticket they can find. They notice nothing changing because they only do it once. Oh yes, no matter how bad or good the service is, they'll leave for a $1 cheaper ticket with three stops. FUPM. I don't care about any stupid videos.

People should read Gordon's book. Pretty good slam on Smizek in that book.
