Can't speak definitively for DL as I don't work there, but at US I don't think there would be a significant restriction. The A330-200 is the longer-range variant of the type (Our -300s carry 35 more people but less fuel.). At US, we do PHL-TLV, our longest leg in the system, with the A332. CLT-GIG will be going to the A332 for the winter as well.
The airplane can carry a pretty good payload as a general rule. The potential for any restrictions might be driven more by runway/climb requirements given the summer temperatures and terrain around the airports down there.
