Any folks out there heard any theories of sequestration cuts? I'm wondering if any involve the previously floated trial balloons with regard to retirement plans and healthcare. The last news I've seen said that personnel cuts would not happen so it would be a program/budget cut option. Hearing from the House armed svcs supposedly today...interesting times.
