Allegiant - our VP of flight ops said hiring is imminent. With A319s coming and MD 80s and 757s staying, it's all growth.
We currently have about 6 pilots per airplane (yes that's PILOTS not crews) crazy huh? At that rate the Airbus alone will mean 115~ over the next 3 years.
I'd have to imagine that 6PPA will have to go up a little. It's pretty painfully understaffed. Company relies on "mission mode" which is essentially open time volunteers instead of reserves to pick up the slack.
