Yes, but the flowthrough door should swing both ways only when the movement allows for both ways! With the Compass deal the way it is right now, even after all eligible Compass pilots flow up (the 400 or so), and even 10 years later with no flow up, Delta can always (indefinitely) flow back into Compass and knock their pilots out. At places like Eagle and XJT, when mainline flowed back, at least there was a flow UP provision that helped your group at the time when mainline was hiring. But for the Compass guys that can't flow, Compass will always be a flowback-only carrier. 20 years from now, Delta can still flowback into Compass. That's a pretty hefty price to pay for the "priviledge" of 400 pilots flowing to Delta now, and even those guys were hired 2007-2010.
