I have had my Costco bag for 10 years and it has never needed replacement, but they will replace it for free if it does. Granted, I haven't been an airline pilot all that time, but it has sure had its share of use, and it has held up great. It's around $100, which is way less than anything else on the market with the same quality. Plus, if you live anywhere near a Costco, the membership is worth its cost 100X with all you will save by shopping there.
