It does say if a furloughed pilot is receiving pass travel benefits as a result of any prior Letters of Agreement, such pass travel benefits shall continue for whatever the remaining maximum duration of the furlough would have been under the pre-shutdown CBA or such Letters of Agreement or Company programs.

When all the furloughs went down back in 2008 travel benefits were negotiated for all the furloughs with Delta. So I see it as we are receiving travel benefits under a previous LOA.
