And pay banding, meaning there will most likely be a few captains on the 700/900/175 flying at E145 rates.
Sorry. I thought it stated a 2.5% cut for captains. And you're right, planes that wil most likely never be seen at Eagle will be flown at 70 seat rates.
One thing I forgot to mention was the new hire +1 training event. Isn't that what we have now?
