I read some PBS propaganda down in the crew room not too long ago..hidden in the fine print it said PBS cuts staffing needs by something like 10%...so IF we keep all the flying we currently have, that's like what..300 more furloughs?
I understand how PBS is more efficient financially, but it's not too great for those of us in the bottom 10-15%

Your forgetting people are and will be leaving left and right.
Not to mention that we are seriously short on staffing right now, so PBS might just allow them to operate normally with current staffing levels instead of furloughs. Also, how are they going to handle a few hundred pilots leaving the line to go to the schoolhouse for new airplanes?
