We currently have about 6 pilots per airplane (yes that's PILOTS not crews) crazy huh? At that rate the Airbus alone will mean 115~ over the next 3 years.
I'd have to imagine that 6PPA will have to go up a little. It's pretty painfully understaffed. Company relies on "mission mode" which is essentially open time volunteers instead of reserves to pick up the slack.
That's assuming they keep all the Airbus as growth aircraft. That same VP said last week it all depends on oil prices. He also said the 166 seat modification will be 5 airplanes less. Sounds like 5 replacement Airbus to me. I also doubt we will see much growth in the next year with LAX, IFP, UTA closing.
