how much skill does a 2,500 hour erj pilot have who can't hand fly himself out of a wet paper bag have? I bet a 500 hour pilot fresh out of training has better "skills" hands down...the experience...maybe not...but, they are two completely different categories...you can't knock the "skills" of a completely competant human being until given the chance to prove themselves in the hot seat....
