What's the "value" of the 500 hour pilot with a hundred hours of turbojet simulator experience and systems knowledge, or a 500 hour pilot with a couple hundred hours of actual instrument and/or multi time, vs. the 2000hr pilot that has 1400 dual given in a Cessna 152, 100 multi in a Duchess bought in Florida, with little in the way of practical IFR experience?

Anybody flying an airliner full of people is worth more than $20/hr, regardless of the TT column of their logbook. You guys should know that...
