USAPA will be gone once the American pilots file for single representation vote, APA will win hands down. The numbers control the vote, that is exactly what happened with the east vs west pilots. Overnight the west lost their own union, own MEC and got folded into the new union while negotiations were still going on. This time (if it happens- a big if) will be no different. APA will represent the U pilots in negotiating a new agreement- completely legal and in compliance with standard labor law.
