Aces High has no monthly or initiation fees. One steam gauge 172SP and 3-4 G1000 172SPs if you're into that sort of thing. They also have a Cirrus and a Beech Sierra.
Have heard good things as well for Angel City, but they appear to be Diamond airplanes only.
ATP, you'll do the CFII in one of their Seminoles, so that'd be a little extra twin time if you're looking for that. But the rate will be more than $240/hr.
