First: Anyone calling himself Richard Head, is one.

Second: This information is all verifiable through your own company, try picking up a phone and asking them yourselves.

Third: ATI is losing 2 million dollars a month, CCIA is making Half a Million a month.

Not a guess, a fact. CCIA are going to seven 757's with DHL and are in negotiations for more business with them and other forwarders.

ATI is struggling to find a charter to fly rubber dog-doo to Tokyo.

More importantly, your own crewmember b707guy proves the entire point. See below:

"Wow, you two just keep smokin' what you're smokin', because it's obviously some good sheet. We'll just keep chugging along losing 23gazillion a day, crashing airplanes, being paid less, and tripping over our own necks, all the while trying to weave our own safety nets. Somehow, despite ourselves, it's worked for us for a couple of decades. It'll continue to work."

The only problem with this statement is that he's only half right. You HAVE been "chugging along losing 23gazillion a day, crashing airplanes, being paid less, and tripping over our own necks, all the while trying to weave our own safety nets. Somehow, despite ourselves, it's worked for us for a couple of decades. It'll continue to work."

Excpet it's NOT working. You are losing 2 million a day, you are crashing airplanes (not just in Bahrain, but in MCI and at TOL. You Old Hands remember). You are losing contracts because you can't seem to leave on schedule.

Being paid less is laughable. Paid less than who? Me? See below.

The difference none of you seem to grasp is that times have changed. There is a new sheriff in town and you are in a world of hurt. Who from ATI management, that let all those things slide, is still there?

Hmmmmmm, I wonder?

Next, in response to the following posts regarding the "benefit" CCI crewmembers will have (by the way, the only parts of your contract that are worth having are the pay, vacation and retirement and insurance portions. The rest, quite frankly, is severly lacking compared to ours):

"Shouldn't guys who could possibly get a 40+% pay raise after the merger do the same?"

and:

"Lighten up there princess. There are plenty of us non-ABXers who don't want to give up our seniority just so you can get a pay raise you didn't have the balls to negotiate in your own contract. The JCBA is DOA- let's see where we go from here. I'm thinking termination of the TPA."

To set the record straight, it's about a 30% pay raise which is long overdue and at no-one's expense at ATI.

I have to say that you don't have enough knowledge of CCIA's history to understand why we don't make a better wage. Your company was a going concern before any of you ever showed up. Most of our people, yes Mr. Obama, built this company and went through the ups and downs of being a start-up. None who has not done so can compare experiences.

As to the second comment, none of us wants to give up seniority either.

Guess what. CCI will survive. We want you to keep your jobs, too. We're not against you, but you are not being given good information and you may suffer for it. If you don't believe me, vote it down and see what happens.

You have noooooooo control over this merger process. Your MEC doesn't either, outside of your CBA. Additionaly, the thought you can personaly "Terminate the TPA" is not only ridiculous, it smacks of lunacy. Get over it and yourself. You are but a pawn.

P.S.: If those responses are the best you can come up with, there's a reason for that!
