The passport came from the good citizens of Mogadishu who decided that under conditions of total anarchy it would be an excellent idea to loot the Government printing office. They took the tiles from the floor, plumbing fixtures and pipes and of course stacks of freshly printed passports and currency. The printing office did beautiful work and the currency was something to behold, filled with fine colored engravings of African animals and local color. All of this was worth less than a nice roll of double ply toilet paper.
You asked a lot of questions I'd rather not answer. Just enjoy it for what it is and if you ever meet anarchy on the road, you'll know what to do.
The Government that printed the Passport had ceased to exist by the time I got it. It has remained extinct to this day.
