I don't have to answer to you or reveal myself or any of this other bs. You took a very simple process and didn't play ball. Something that should have taken weeks has taken months. Because of your attitude things that JV had on the table that would benefit the contract was withdrawn.

Hmmmm I wonder if ATSG wants to merge anymore. If ATI does go TU I'm sure you will take responsibility for helping.
The CO NEVER EVER offered anything aside from the five items that were outlined and agreed to in the TPA. That was well within their rights as any other items had to be mutually agreed upon. Ask your chairman and read the TPA. Outside of some language changes and a few "housekeeping" issues, IT'S (the JCBA) the SAME AS IT WAS as the ATI CBA. We did adopt Sec 6 (sys board) from the CCI agreement and made a few MINOR changes to sec 8, 9, 13, 17, 20, 24 and 25. Also we added YOUR existing 727 pay rates to sec 18. All of this info will be presented at the roadshows. No one delayed anything. Once again, you have bad information. The CO NEVER, EVER put anything on the table that would increase their cost structure. Nothing was ever offered that was later withdrawn except an MOU that WE, ALPA, withdrew. It took the time it did because that's what these things take. No one from either side ever complained that it was moving too slowly once the TPA was complete. In fact, the timeline of negotiations was outlined in the TPA and adhered to. If you take the time to go to a roadshow, you will get the truth.

Please, enlighten us on the items that were taken away.

If ATSG decides to shut down any airline, there is NOTHING I or any pilot can do about it. It's their company and they will do with it what they wish.

Again, I'm not the one hiding behind my keyboard. Feel free to contact me PERSONALLY at any time.

[email protected] is where I can be found.

Have a nice day!!

Rob
