Bottom line is this:
1) CCI pilots get a 30% pay raise (I think it's closer to 42%, but let's not quibble).
ATI pilots get nothing.
2) CCI pilots get an increase in health benefits.
ATI pilots get nothing.
3) CCI pilots get an increase in retirement benefits.
ATI pilots get nothing.
4) CCI pilots get an increase in vacation benefits.
ATI pilots get nothing.
Points 2, 3 and 4 we're posted earlier by a CCI advocate.
All these gains for CCI with the stroke of a pen with the JCBA.
But the theme here is CCI has all these gains while an ATI pilot has nothing to look foward to coming out of this deal but a loss of seniority and possible (most Likely) furlough for the bottom guys.
Since this is essentially the same contract ATI has now, why should ATI vote yes to loss seniority and furlough more ATI pilots while gaining nothing.
