Been around a long time. Started by Charlie Priester who also pretty much built the Chicago Executive Airport (previously called PalWaukee). He is long since retired and they stick mostly to charter these days. They are occasionally in bed with NIFC (northern illinois flight center), which is think call themselves N-Flight these days. They are run by a shady piece of work named Howard Seedorf. If you can stay clear of him, you should be fine. I found Priester to be an otherwise typical 135 operation.
Avoid Seedorf like the plague he is on this industry. My dealings with him tell me that he is far less then (Ethically) then your average 135 operations manager.
