Yes, please do tell. I'd like to hear more about the Priester/VistaJet CL350 operation in terms of expected hiring, schedule, newbie pay, current & future fleet count, etc. Where are they currently sourcing pilots from? Good place to be? Is the operation completely separate from Priester's regular 135 operation?

Don't go work there! They are working the Vista Jet contract on the CL350, won't hire type rated guys because experienced people won't break the regs. They don't have SOPs, International training, they will fly trips with wet footprints. You will be fortunate to even get your per diem and expenses paid back, the DO will call you and ask you to fit a 16 hour duty day in 14 hours. They are a low class operation, bullies and crooks. FAA is currently investigating a bunch of violations. They spend more time hiding things than doing what's right. CP resigned, they fired people for doing the right things and there is a lot of turn over lurking. Very low morale with crews and everyone is afraid to speak up for fear of termination. Management at its worst!

Different schedules and bases per owner needs etc.. Good managment and experienced DO etc. Company leaves you alone to do your job, support is good. Pay increases yearly with owner input, and company asks owners for increases for pilots. Typical on call schedule with hard days off.
